Press Release - Grosvenor signs IT Support deal with Plan-Net
Plan-Net has been selected by Grosvenor, the International property development, investment and fund management group, to provide a flexible and scalable on-site support service to work in tandem with their existing in-house model, commencing January 2010.
Plan-Net’s highly skilled team will utilise their tried and tested Best Practice approach to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement from the outset. The service will leverage Plan-Net’s operational framework together with Grosvenor’s in-house Service Desk team to improve service and provide greater efficiencies.
Paul Whitlock, Plan-Net’s Technical Services Director commented;
“We’re delighted to be providing Grosvenor with a partnership which allows us to share responsibility for the delivery of their IT support while control remains steadfastly in-house. I’m sure Grosvenor will see the benefits of our approach from the outset and I hope this is the start of a long relationship spent providing high-performing, flexible IT Support.”
